Products Statement Policy

We are happy to refund or replace any AZ ZAHRA MALL products which falls below the high standard you expect. Please return it to our store with receipt for a replacement or refund.

Products could be refunded at our stores customer service counter within 7 days of the purchase date if below conditions are met:

  • Original receipt is provided
  • Products are still in good condition in original packaging
  • Price tag is not removed (if any)

This policy does not apply to:

  • Electrical products (please refer to Electrical refund policy at the customer service counter or electrical counter)
  • Clearance products.
  • Preloved items.
